Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management (IHTM), Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak will organise a national seminar on ‘ Hospitality & Tourism Education in India: Current Status & Future Perspectives’ in the University campus on March 17, 2015. 

The seminar will discuss challenges and opportunities in hospitality and tourism education including attracting youth to the programmes, need for innovative practices in education, e-learning, research and development, teacher education, technology in education, open and distance education.

Over the years, a variety of programmes have been introduced at School Level, Vocational Level, College and University level. There comes a challenge to discuss debate and have healthy deliberations on Current Status and Future Perspectives of Hospitality & Tourism Education in India.
